Workout 4 –
Snatch Balance – 3×2 @ 80-85%
Power Snatch – 3×1 @ 90% of Power snatch max
Hang/Box Snatch @ hip – 3×2 @ 80%
Strict Pull-up – 40 total reps in as few sets as possible (use band for assistance as needed)
