**2to1 on the flutter kicks
**Find something to step-up on anywhere from 12-24” with a KB,DB, odd objects
**Scale SHSP’s to 20-30 second nose to wall handstand / pike hold against wall / or Plank 45 sec.
EMOM For 20 Minutes:
Minute 1: 20 KB/DB Sumo Dedlift
Minute 2: 10-15 Burpees
Minute 3: 20-30 Sit-Ups
Minute 4: Rest
**Just 1 KB,DB, odd objects for Sumo Deadlift, Scale the number of reps so that you have at least 10 seconds rest within that minute.
**You can step back or step forward with Burpees. Scale the number of reps  so that you have at least 10 seconds of rest within that minute.
** For sit-ups try to go for the hike minute or until you finish reps.
