5 OH Squats (Tempo 2 seconds down 2 second hold)
B.)
“Tabata”
8 Rounds of each movement,
20 seconds of work 10 seconds rest
1.) Hollow Hold (Hold for the hold 20 seconds. Scale by bringing your knees in)
2.) Left Side Plank Hold
3.) Right Side Plank Hold
4.) Hand Stand Hold or Plank Hold (You can do HS Hold against a wall to scale or Plank)
**REST 2 MINUTES AFTER EACH MOVEMENT
**WORKOUT TAKES 22 MINUTES
